CGGU win Challenge IPT

Following the recent successes of the Central Gauteng Under 23 at Nelspruit, the CGGU selected a very inexperienced team to particpate in the Challenge IPT tournament which were held last week at Cullinan Golf Club, east of Pretoria.

We decided to select some players who are potential players for the Premier team, gave some juniors exposure to IPT golf at a higher level and to give some of our "fringe" players exposure to IPT golf and ended up with only two players who played IPT golf at this level, Jaco Mouton and Johan Theron.

The Selection Committee would like to announce and congratulate the following players who have been selected to represent the Union at the Challenge IPT at Cullinan from the 6^th to 11^th May 2012 :
